Build confidence, power and trust through dedication and repetition. Embrace chaos everyday, No excuses – just doing. Only ou and your practice exist for this set amount of time. Ever day. There is no goal but the act itself. Every day.
FORGIVE EVERYONE & EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY YOURSELF.
You are not your ideas – good and bad. You are a steward of what come into your view. What do you want to do with those ideas? Own your mistakes - create choice from them. Let go of others’ mistakes as well. Keepmoving. Glance at the future. Stay out of the past. It’s not personal.
EVERYTHING is a PARADOX.
Big changes do not require force. You are only capable of small measure each day. You will never conquer fear. You will always fail at some point. Dedicate yourself to small, incremental acts of creation. Do your best & leave the rest to the universe – it will do the heavy lifting.
